It made its theatrical debut on Sept. 29, 2023.

There are currently 10 Saw movies, beginning from Oct. 29, 2004. And now almost a decade later, we still have new installments from the horror franchise coming out to enjoy! We provided a list of all the films in order of release, as well as how to watch them in order based on story events. Check them out below:

How to watch the Saw movies chronologically by story:

With so many movies, it can be hard to keep track between the flashbacks and which movies should be watched in order by story. That’s what we’re here for! The new one, Saw X, actually serves as a sequel to the first and a prequel to the second, so it comes between those two.

Jigsaw is a bit confusing, just because it takes place during two timelines so to speak. It takes place before the first film, as well as years after Jigsaw’s death. That’s why we have the production on the list twice. Check it out below:

  • Saw IV
  • Half of Jigsaw
