The Bold and the Beautiful has a new arrival! Luna, a fashion student and intern at Forrester Creations, makes her debut on the soap, Wednesday, Sept. 13. She’s coming onto the daytime drama during a perfect time considering a fashion war seems to be brewing.

Donna teased her appearance on Monday, Sept. 11’s episode when she said that an intern would be dropping by with materials. Eric was concerned, at first, since he’s been hiding his arthritis from everyone but her and RJ and he’s trying to keep the line he’s working on with his grandson under wraps. But Donna assured him that Luna could be discreet.

She said she had sat in on Luna’s interview and she knows the young woman can handle this situation. Donna also mentioned that she possesses a sweet disposition and a cute giggle. Given Luna’s age, we highly suspect her addition to the program isn’t solely to serve a role in the fashion upheaval. She’s likely going to leave an impression on RJ and he could be headed toward the start of his own romance. Not to mention she’s supposed to have a secret, too. Though, given this storyline, it could just be that she’s keeping Eric’s secret, but we’ll have to see.

Who plays Luna on The Bold and the Beautiful?

Lisa Yamada will originate the role of Luna on the soap. The actress is known for her work on second season of Freeform’s Cruel Summer, the movie Missing, the voice of Ah-Yi in the English version of The Sound of Magic, and the voice of Hyo-Ryeong in All of Us Are Dead. This will be Yamada’s first soap opera credit.
