Are you ready for your second dose of Gordon Ramsey? FOX has packed their Fall 2023 schedule with not one but two of the famed chef and restaurateur’s series. On Mondays, fans can check out a revived Kitchen Nightmares that’s focused on helping restaurant owners who’ve been struggling to stay open due to the pandemic. Now, we can also settle in for Hell’s Kitchen season 22.

The full title of this season is Hell’s Kitchen: The American Dream. The theme this go around, made clear by the subtitle for the season, is American stories. The contestants will be proving themselves as they encapsulate, through their dishes, stories unique to the United States. The chefs have been separated by gender into Team Blue and Team Red.
