What to expect from the new procedural drama on NBC

In case you didn’t guess from the show’s name and episode titles, the series is all about missing people and the main character, Gabi Mosely’s, pursuit to find them and bring them home. As a missing person herself, she can relate. And, Gabi works to find these missing people home with the help of her team at her PR agency. Per the show’s description, more than 600,000 people go missing in the U.S. every year, with more than half of them being people of color “too easily neglected by the system.” Gabi and her team focus on helping them, with some unprecedented help from her own kidnapper, “Sir,” who she’s holding captive in her basement.

The role of Gavi Mosely is played by actress Shanola Hampton. She’s best known as Veronica Fisher in Shameless, Tammy in the film You Again, and Elaine Fuller in the movie Deadly Illusions. Mark-Paul Gosselaar is Sir in the new series. He’s previously appeared as Zack Morris in Saved by the Bell, Pete Komisky in D.C., and Det. John Clark Jr. in NYPD Blue. The two actors are joined by Kelli Williams as Margaret Reed, Brett Dalton as Mark Trent, Gabrielle Walsh as Lacey Quinn, Arlen Escarpeta as Zeke Wallace, and Karan Oberoi as Dhan Rana.
