It’s Thanksgiving Eve which means much of America is out panic shopping so they don’t have to run out on the holiday for something they desperately need to set the meal off right. If that’s what you plan on doing tonight, let me provide you with a program to flick on and unwind with once you’re able to rest your weary bones–A Saturday Night Live Thanksgiving Special.

Yes, SNL will be airing Wednesday, Nov. 22 at 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. ET on NBC. It’s time for the annual clip special. The two hour program is actually a curated collection of the long running comedy show’s best and funniest Thanksgiving sketches.

According to the network, the clips shown will highlight common holiday tropes like messy family dinners, food drive donation incidents, and archetypes like the grown daughter who’s spoiled rotten when she returns home to her parents. We’re also likely to be treated to Weekend Update segments that’ll leave us busting a gut laughing.

If you’ve cut the cord, you’ll also be able to stream the special online via FuboTV, Youtube TV, Hulu + Live TV, or DirecTV Stream. However, if you’re planning an early night so you can be up and at ’em to get your cooking done before the first Thanksgiving football game gets under way, you’ll be able to stream the SNL holiday special on Peacock.

The streamer is running a Black Friday deal. If you enter the code BIGDEAL when subscribing to the platform, you’ll get Peacock for $1.99/month for 12 months. Entering the code YEARLONG will get you a one year subscription for $19.99. This deal doesn’t apply to current subscribers.

Stay tuned to Hidden Remote for more SNL news and coverage. We’ll keep you posted on what’s coming to NBC, including the network’s midseason returns which kick off in December!
