As the television season slowly returns for the new year, we have much catching up to do. Whether or not you keep up with your favorite shows, there’s a lot to remember about what happened in previous seasons. In the case of ABC’s The Rookie, there are five seasons worth of episodes to catch up on as the season 6 premiere creeps closer. So where can you watch all previous episodes before the show returns?
Recently we learned the show was due to return on Feb. 20, 2024, which was a relief after months of not knowing due to the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes. We knew that we couldn’t wait to be back with Nathan Fillion’s John Nolan and the rest of the crew, including Eric Winter, Melissa O’Neil, Alyssa Diaz, and Richard T. Jones.
The Rookie follows Nolan as he works in the LAPD as an older rookie and solves cases while also building relationships with his fellow officers. Plus, fans of the show have been eager to see more of the popular paring between Winter and O’Neil’s characters, Officer Tim Bradford and Lucy Chen.
With a cliffhanger having left fans on the edge of their seats at the end of season 5, new episodes can’t come quickly enough! But unfortunately we’re still in for a wait until February. So where can you watch previous episodes to catch up before the season 6 premiere?
Where can you stream every season of The Rookie ahead of season 6?
- Stream it on: Hulu
- Rent/Buy it on: Amazon Prime
While there are not that many places where the show is streaming, Hulu is your best bet for binging every season of The Rookie. Plus, since it can be costly to buy each season on Amazon Prime, you could at least start a free trial on Hulu and binge the episodes over a long weekend.
