Big Brother 19: It’s Kevin’s world, everyone else is just living in it
By Josh Hill
Kevin was a joke when the cast was announced, but the 57-year old father of two is all of a sudden the ultimate Big Brother warrior.
When the Big Brother cast was announced last month, one name stood out to all of us. Kevin, the 57-year old father of two seemed to be aggressively out of place among the much younger contestants.
Some even had Kevin as nothing more than a sacrificial lamb. We were all wrong.
Eating crow is the price we pay for doubting a man of Kevin’s amazing ability, apparently. After winning the first competition of the season, it was apparent that Kevin might have hustled all of us, and now we’re just trying to live in a world he dominates.
It didn’t take long for Kevin’s presence to be felt by the Big Brother community, who are beginning to latch onto what might be the strongest player in the house.
Just watch any clip of Kevin talking with his fellow housemates for proof of how in the future he’s living. It’s impossible to truly decipher whatever he’s saying; it’s all a bunch of rhymes and nonsense.
That’s a masterstroke strategy, and one that might win him the top spot this season. Just look at this guy:
That’s not a guy who is here to play games. That man is not messing around and will come at your throat if it’s you or him.
Christmas (my personal favorite) is the other strong frontrunner but Kevin is living in 3017 while we’re all stuck her in 2017 — and that includes Christmas.
There’s no ride or die with Kevin. There’s no allegiances or shoulder standing — Kevin is above all. He’s the most dangerous player in the house at the moment and now is the time to jump on board before it’s too late.
It’s Kevin’s world, we’re just struggling to find a place in it.
