Mandy Moore graces the cover of Shape, talks starting a family of her own

Mandy Moore of This Is Us just got the chance to grace the cover of an upcoming issue of Shape magazine. Inside, she talks all about how she keeps her figure, starting a family of her own and more.

E! Online was able to get an exclusive look of Mandy Moore’s new issue of Shape and what all she had to say about her life. Mandy explained that her life has changed a lot from joining This Is Us to the fact that she got a divorce.

"“If you were to tell me two years ago that I’d be talking about my life in this way with you, I would have said that you were crazy. My life has changed exponentially in that short time.”"

Right now, Mandy Moore and her fiance are renovating a home before moving into it and getting married. They also hope to start a family soon. It looks like they are getting the perfect home ready for children. Mandy Moore has been taking great care of herself, which of course, will make it easier for her to get pregnant. She shared that she has more confidence and also will rock her 4 inch heels even if it makes her taller than her husband.

"“Although I’ve become a lot more comfortable with myself—I’m 5’10” and a size 6—everyone has their self-doubts and insecurities. But as I get older, I’m learning what it takes to love myself fully though exercise, healthy eating, and monitoring my inner voice in an effort to keep it positive.”"

She really does hope that This Is Us is around for a while and is a long ride. Mandy Moore is loving her time on the show just like the rest of us love seeing her. Her issue of Shape will hit the newsstands on January 2, 2018 and This Is Us will return with brand new episodes on January 9.
