Big Brother 20 schedule revealed by CBS

The official Big Brother 20 schedule has been revealed by CBS. This includes when the 2018 summer season premiere will air on the network.
CBS finally revealed some great news on Tuesday (May 22). Amid announcements for its summer programming, CBS released the season premiere date for Big Brother 20. Now, fans will know exactly when the BB20 cast will be making their first appearances on the network.

According to the press release from CBS, the Big Brother 20 season premiere is on June 27. That’s a Wednesday night, which was the date rumored to begin the show this summer. This isn’t surprising news to fans who have been paying close attention, but confirmation from CBS is always a great thing. Now, fans can put it on the calendar, as the two-hour premiere is bound to include a lot of exciting revelations.
Following the season premiere, the show will settle into episodes on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. This is the familiar CBS schedule during the summers, so it will provide a lot of continuity for viewers. As for the times, that is shifting slightly this year. Sunday episodes will air at 8 p.m. PT/ET, Wednesdays at 9 p.m. PT/ET, and Thursdays at 9 p.m. That’s a later show on Wednesday nights, possibly reflected by what CBS is doing in the 8 p.m. time slot.

Waiting on the BB20 cast reveal
Now that fans know when the season premiere is going to take place, it’s time to start looking forward to the BB20 cast. As previously reported by Inside the BB House, this summer will have entirely new faces. There had been a number of Big Brother rumors about an All-Stars season, but that was refuted by the casting director. Instead, it will be an entirely new cast, giving fans a new group of houseguests to cheer on.
