4 animated movies to look forward to in summer 2018

It’s hard to believe summer is almost here and with it comes a crop of new films. Whether you have kids or love animated movies, here are four to look forward to.

While some are laying by the pools, others are inside watching Netflix or headed to the theater. For those of you in the latter, this list is dedicated to you. This summer is packed with reboots, sequels, and a lot of original content. The same can be said about the animated movies releasing this summer.

In June, July, and August, there are a lot of animated movies to look forward to. There’s a little bit of something for everyone. Fans of all different companies or networks can rejoice.

Companies such as Pixar, Dreamworks and Warner Brothers are all releasing films this upcoming summer. While almost all the films are aimed at kids, they can be loved and enjoyed by adults alike. There is at least one film I know a lot of adults are looking forward to seeing.

Summer is always an exciting time for movies fans, but rarely are blockbusters directed at animation fans. Luckily, there are a lot of animation fans out there and it’s time to look at some of their best showings in June, July, and August.

Before I get started, I’ll just be focusing on films for those three months and ones being released in the U.S. Here’s your guide to animated movies being released in summer!
