Tyler Baltierra celebrated Father’s Day with his family, but he had a very special message to certain fathers out there, perhaps watching Teen Mom OG.

Tyler Baltierra opened up about his Father’s Day this past weekend as he celebrated his role as a father. His own biological father went to treatment while filming Teen Mom OG this past year and it was clear that he wanted to get help for himself. He wanted to find some peace within himself and finally ditch that drug habit. However, Tyler didn’t mention his father in his thought-provoking message. Instead, he decided to give a shout-out to those fathers who stuck around and helped out the moms of their kids.

It’s possible that he can’t mention anything to his fans about his father because he’s currently filming the newest season of Teen Mom OG. Tyler is usually very good at keeping silent about what he’s busy doing when he’s filming the show. But one can imagine that he is indeed very proud of his father for trying to ditch his drug habit and get sober, especially since he now has grandchildren who want him around.

On the previous season of Teen Mom OG, fans also got to meet Tyler’s sister and her family. It’s possible that MTV is trying to find more with her now that Farrah Abraham is no longer on the show. However, fans appeared confused as to why she was on the show.

Tyler Baltierra is currently making headlines for shedding a tremendous amount of weight. He decided he wanted to stay healthy and get on a regiment, so he chose to eat greens and work out. He recently revealed that his weight loss was near the 40-pound mark and he wanted to keep going.

What do you think about Tyler Baltierra’s post about fathers sticking around? Are you surprised that he’s giving a shoutout to those fathers but not his own?
