Kailyn Lowry is now setting the record straight about the MTV Awards show after Jenelle complained about not bringing David along.

Kailyn Lowry learned that her Teen Mom 2 co-stars had some complaints about the recent MTV Awards show and the invitations. Her comments actually surfaced from Farrah Abraham’s arrest in Beverly Hills. Abraham was arrested at the Beverly Hills hotel after assaulting an employee. However, she still managed to show up on the red carpet with her daughter, Sophia. This caused Jenelle Evans to lash out at MTV, as she wasn’t allowed to bring David Eason with her.

Jenelle didn’t go herself, possibly because she didn’t want to go to the event without her husband. It seems like she can’t do anything alone where she has to come face-to-face with her Teen Mom 2 co-stars. Evans was angry that she couldn’t bring David when Farrah could bring Sophia. But Kailyn Lowry explained that the girls were all invited and could walk the red carpet with someone of their choice. But they were only allowed to go on their own.

Lowry revealed that she was invited as well, but that she could have brought anyone to the red carpet. In fact, David could have been at the red carpet, but only Jenelle was allowed inside. Since they are essentially glued to the hip, Evans would probably never go to the event on her own.

Kailyn Lowry didn’t go either, but it’s possible she wanted to stay at home with Lux Russell. Now that she’s focusing on her business, her life and her kids, going to the MTV Awards seems to be a minor priority for her.

What do you think of Kailyn Lowry’s comments about the stars bringing friends and spouses on the red carpet?
