Who doesn’t love a father-son duo? Peter Parker and Tony Stark are not actually related, but no one can deny the relationship they share isn’t that of a father and son bond. Stark knew right away Peter was a good kid and helped him out. Tony Stark became Peter’s mentor and guardian. Peter was grateful, though he did wish Stark wouldn’t treat him like a kid all the time. Stark was only being careful, though, and even said “if you died, I feel like that’s on me. I don’t need that on my conscience.” Cue in the tears!
"Peter: “I was just wanted to be like you.” Tony: “And I wanted you to be better.”"
We can’t even imagine what Peter’s death in Infinity War has done to Tony. We’re sure he’s devastated, we are all definitely in for more tears when the next movie arrives! And with more Spider-Man movies on the way, we know he’ll be back, but will Tony survive? Whatever happens, let’s hope we see the two team-up again, one more time!
