Bayleigh Dayton couldn’t keep her top-trending power a secret and now the entire BB20 house may know about it. Bayleigh was the final top-trending houseguest this season, earning a special power to use a bit later.

Bayleigh took over the power in Big Brother 20 when she won the Week 5 Head of Household Competition. She may have played the week a little too hard, though, as the secret about her top-trending power is now common knowledge in the BB20 house. As previously reported by Inside the BB House, Bayleigh Dayton told Rachel Swindler about her power. That has turned out to be a huge mistake.

Rachel shares the secret on Big Brother 20

As soon as Bayleigh told Rachel about the top-trending power, social media users went bonkers. Nobody could believe that Bayleigh was sharing the secret during a week where she is safe. It was even more confusing that she would share it with Rachel, who has been part of the Level Six alliance for a while. The inevitable happened, as Rachel went and told Angela Rummans about the secret power. It didn’t end there, though, as seen below.

Bayleigh Dayton now in trouble?

For her short-term game, this may have been a great plan for Bayleigh, especially with how the Week 5 Power of Veto Competition turned out. Her problem is in the long-term, as now houseguests who want her out can work around her plans.

How does Identity Theft power work?

Bayleigh’s Identity Theft power will allow her to steal the nominations from a future Head of Household. It means that she can take herself off the block if someone puts her at risk. The problem with everyone knowing about her top-trending power, though, is that it doesn’t save her from getting backdoored. So, if a plan evolves to go after Bayleigh in the next few weeks, the new HOH can simply work around nominating her.

It will be very interesting to see how the final two top-trending powers get used this season. Tyler Crispen still controls the Cloud power, where he can claim safety from a future nomination. He also has to time it right for when he reveals that power to the BB20 house. While Bayleigh Dayton definitely has a more powerful tool at her disposal, it has been defused a bit by most of the other houseguests learning the secret.
