Danielle Fishel, who’s known for sweetheart Topanga on ABC’s sitcom Boy Meets World and Disney’s Girl Meets World, is now behind the camera.

Danielle Fishel has landed a gig directing Disney’s new show Sydney to the Max, which has just begun production! The actress posted on Instagram earlier this week a picture of the script for the fifth episode of Sydney to the Max.

Someone asked her if she’ll be directing only this episode or the entire series, Danielle told them she’s directing at least three episodes. This isn’t her directing debut as she previously directed four episodes of Girl Meets World, so she has experience and we can’t wait to see what she’s done with Sydney to the Max!

I’m happy for her. I am a huge fan of Boy Meets World and Girl Meets World, so seeing these talented actors grow and gain experience is a nice thing to see. She’s directing Ava Kolker as well who was on Girl Meets World for three years, so they certainly know each other.

I’m not going to lie here, though. I do wish they would make a Boy Meets World 2.0 revival on ABC and I’m sure many other fans would love for that to happen! If that’s at all possible at this point, since they created Girl Meets World.  One can only wish, right?

Unfortunately, Disney Channel doesn’t fit my demographics anymore, but I’ll tune in to see how Danielle directed the episodes. Regardless, I have no doubt they’ll be amazing!

Next. The DCEU does not deserve Henry Cavill as Superman. dark
