9. Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman

Coming in at No. 9 on our list is Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman. While perhaps not quite as flashy as the superhero series of today, the series was quite the piece for its time and is more than worthy of a watch. Dean Cain and Teri Hatcher’s chemistry in the series is unmatched and with the show celebrating its 20th anniversary what better way to join the celebration than by taking a stroll down memory lane.

8.The Flash

Before Grant Gustin suited up as The Flash in The CW’s breakout superhero drama of the same name, John Wesley Shipp took on the role of the scarlet speedster in the short-lived 1990 series. While perhaps not as legendary as the likes of Adam West’s turn in Batman or Linda Carter’s run as Wonder Woman (more on that later), The Flash is an underrated gem which is more than worthy of a binge!

7. Batman Beyond

As any kid who grew up on Saturday Morning Cartoons knows, Batman Beyond was quite special thanks to its unique spin on the Batman mythology. A widely popular series during its time on air, Batman Beyond introduced a technology-fueled, futuristic Gotham with Bruce Wayne stepping into the shadows to mentor Terry McGinnis, who took on the mantra of Batman in the series. Fans couldn’t get enough of the series back in the day and something tells us that won’t change as the show drops on the DC Universe.
