After that intense mid-season finale, we are all asking the very same question. When does The Good Doctor return in 2019?

Are you ok? Have you recovered yet from that insane The Good Doctor midseason finale? It only aired on Monday, Dec 3. so you probably haven’t had time yet to recover. I know I haven’t, and probably never will. Not until I know what happened.

So when will that be? When does The Good Doctor return in 2019?

The good news is it won’t be long until The Good Doctor is back on ABC. Scheduled to return shortly after the New Year on Monday, Jan. 14, the announcement was made via the series social media channel shortly after the mid-season finale aired. A promo was also attached with the return date, a promo that did nothing to quell my anxiety levels about the fate of everyone at St. Bonaventure hospital.

Now we just have to figure out a way to get through the hiatus period without going stir crazy. Considering how the series wrapped up things with the fall finale, I think we can all do with some hope and happiness. This will completely depend on what will give you that but considering it’s the holiday season, there are plenty of Christmas movies that you can get stuck into.

If you want to watch more medical dramas then you can also binge watch Grey’s Anatomy on Netflix. By the time you finish it, The Good Doctor will be back. Unfortunately, The Good Doctor is not on Netflix; at least not the last time I checked anyway.
