Bob’s Burgers: 5 episodes to watch instead of the Super Bowl
1. “Easy Com-mercial, Easy Go-mercial”
Last but certainly not least is an episode that won’t surprise any fellow Bob’s Burgers fans and that’s “Easy Com-mercial, Easy Go-mercial.” If you don’t know, this is the show’s official Super Bowl episode and in some ways, is a great alternative to watching the real thing.
“Easy Com-mercial, Easy Go-mercial” is all about Bob and the family working together on a commercial to air during the Super Bowl. For Bob, it’s a great way to drum up business and for the family, a way to show off their talents. Everything goes great until Bob hires a former NFL player to star in the commercial and everything starts to fall apart from that point on.
Looking at other Super Bowl-themed episodes, it’s a unique one. What makes the episode so memorable is the commercial. Aired in full at the end of the episode, the family commercial is silly and sweet, a perfect way to describe the show. Overall, “Easy Com-mercial, Easy Go-mercial” is a great episode to watch before, during and after the Super Bowl.
Those are just some episodes I’d recommend if you plan on skipping the Super Bowl. Even if you aren’t skipping it, there’s never a bad time to start watching Bob’s Burgers!
