4. Was the pen cap found?

Remember during the second robbery when Beth took the pen cap off with her teeth? She had her hands full, so it wasn’t surprising that she did that, but it clearly meant DNA evidence was left lying around.

More from NBC

So, the question was, would the pen cap be found considering she left it behind at the crime scene? The quick answer was yes. Did you really think it wouldn’t be?

Boomer ordered Baby Tyler to search underneath the shelving units for anything that could be used for evidence. The feds missed the pen cap and Boomer took it to Agent Turner.

Of course, with lipstick on it, there was DNA. So, what would that mean for our resident “good girls?” This would be where Ruby’s storyline came into play.

3. Would Stan understand?

Stan learned the truth about Ruby’s involvement in the robberies in the Good Girls Season 1 finale. While we knew that as a cop, he was going to hate her for her actions, part of us hoped he’d understand right? One, she started it for their daughter. Two, she found herself in trouble with a gang and that gang made bail. Not good!

So, would Stan understand?

Nope! Not really. He was all for Ruby turning her friends in to save her own neck. Do you really think Ruby would do something like that?

Despite Stan putting forward the amount of birthdays and Christmases Ruby would miss, she refused to turn her friends in. After all, they’d miss those birthdays and Christmases, too. Stan sort of understands that but he’s not happy about it.

However, he did steal the pen cap back after the women’s plan to get Beth’s DNA sample backfired. So, at least there’s something. He did it for the kids though. I’m not sure there’s a way back for them.
