Brooklyn Nine-Nine boasts one of the best comedy ensembles of any television comedy right now, so picking an MVP every week is as difficult for me as it is for Rosa to open a door with bandaged hands! But darn it, I’m going to try.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 6, Episode 15, titled “Return of the King” sees the one and only Gina Linetti make her grand reappearance, and it’s almost exactly what you expect. We get to see what she’s been up to since her touching goodbye episode “Four Movements” earlier this season and is it really any surprise that she seems to be starting her very own cult?

But I’m going to be honest with you. Gina has always been my least favorite character at the precinct, with the show often presenting her actions as much cooler than they actually are. She’s like a Tom Haverford without the character development. That’s not to say Chelsea Peretti doesn’t kill it in the role, it’s just that her whole schtick never really worked for me.

And even if Gina is your favorite character, it must’ve been sad to see her return like this. We find out that basically she’s been ignoring everyone in her life because of how famous and busy she is, which is totally within Gina’s character, but it’s sad to see her probably two closest friends, Jake and Terry feel so neglected these past few months.

But although the plot was a little lackluster and Gina as a character doesn’t work for me, it’s hard for an episode that’s so Gina-oriented to not award her the episode MVP. I don’t know. Maybe I’m just becoming a part of the G-Hive, so let’s talk about the top 5 Gina-rific moments this episode.

#1 Gina-mandments

You ever look at the 10 commandments and think, ‘I wish there were more of them and overall better?’ Well let me introduce you to the Gina-mandments. They’re basically inspiring lessons and pearls of wisdom that Gina’s new cult…uh I mean, inspirational group abides by. They include such gems like “Be Buried with Your Money” and “If you fall down 9 times, you gotta reassess your walking, ‘cause something’s wrong.” Truly they are words to live by.

#2 Meme-oir – second book!

More from NBC

While talking to her agent, Gina reveals her idea for a second book, a memoir told entirely in memes: a meme-oir! And in a world where Kim Kardashian can sell a book of selfies, then why couldn’t this be the next big thing? We’re basically one big meme-culture anyway. Gina is just ahead of the curve on this one. And also, what do you think her first book was??

#3 Timothee Chalamet, Shimmy Ya Shimmy Yay

Forget Red Leather, Yellow Leather  and toss Peter Piper Picked a Pack of Pickled Peppers in the trash, because Gina has discovered the absolute best vocal exercise that’s both pop culture relevant, and surprisingly effective. We would be this is exactly what Timothee Chalamet actually says whenever he’s about to perform.

#4 Gina invented meditation

You guys, have you ever been super stressed out and need to calm down? Well Gina has the answer! Apparently she invented this brand-new, totally-her-idea technique that allows you to focus your thoughts and control your breathing. It’s called meditation or something like that? I don’t know if it’s going to catch on, but I’m starting to think she’s on to something.

#5 Takes a stabbing like a champ

Gina’s been hit by a bus and broke nearly everything in her body but bounced back pretty okay. So, it’s not a shock that she casually handles having a knife in her back with as much stress as a hippie on Xanax. We’re not even sure Rosa would be this chill about being stabbed, but it just goes to show that nothing phases or slows down Gina Linetti.

Maybe it’s all the meditation. Or the vocal exercises. Or maybe she’s feeding off the souls of all the members of her G-Hive. Who could say for sure.
