4. Can Stan and Ruby move forward from all this?

Stan wasn’t happy that Ruby was considering robbing a bank but he did give her a pointer on the time to rob it. He clearly still loves her and he wants their family to be together.

By the end of Good Girls Season 2, it looked like they were finally in a good place. I worried at one point in the season but I was so glad to see Stan realize that Ruby had done everything for the family and, at that moment, she needed him. Okay, it was doing something illegal but, well, I can sort of overlook it because he put his family first.

While it looks like he’s off the hook now, things aren’t going to be smooth sailing. I mean, he never mentioned anything about getting his job back. Is that going to be possible?

There’s likely still the civil case with the law firm, right? Or maybe that will turn into a separate criminal case.

3. What’s next for Beth and Dean?

I hated Dean with a passion up until about the halfway mark. The guy really stepped up when he was thrown into everything. He is now parenting his children without Beth constantly being there. Now if only he could find a job – but I get that’s so much harder than it sounds because of the economic climate.

My main question is what’s next for Beth and Dean as a couple, though. It looked like they were remembering why they fell in love with each other in the first place. They were able to be friends again – something that is lost in many marriages after a few years, especially with children.

There may be hope for them yet. I’d like to see them realize that, actually, they want to be together after all. Dean just needs to be someone Beth can open up to with the current plans for money.
