In the latest episode of Superstore, it’s all about self-care as Dina’s in charge of Glenn’s health, and Jonah and Cheyenne force Amy to take a break.

This week, Superstore reminds of the importance of self-care, which the Cloud 9 crew gets into in the wake of health scares and a bad case of burnout. Glenn suffers a minor health trouble, and whether by choice or default, Dina takes the wheel when it comes to his nutrition and fitness. Surely, the last thing Glenn wanted after his health scare was Dina stepping in as a de facto drill sergeant pushing him to watch what he eats and yelling at him to exercise.

Following last week’s stressful mall closing, it’s only natural that Amy would be facing an inevitable burnout. She’s a hard worker and doesn’t know when to take a beat for herself, prompting Jonah and Cheyenne to carve out me time for Amy. Of course, there’s no way Amy will be able to enjoy her self-care. Elsewhere, having pocketed Jonah’s money from last week’s gambling, Mateo interviews for — and hopefully gets — a new position at the store.
