In the latest episode of Will & Grace, the Grief Panda helps Will manage his breakup with McCoy, while Grace decides to fire Karen.

How does one bounce back after a bad breakup? Well, first you order a Grief Panda if you’re to follow the Will & Grace guide to healing. In lieu of staying in bed and wallowing for days on end like Grace years ago, Grace and Jack hire the Grief Panda to help Will sort through his emotions following his split with McCoy. While we’ll have to wait to see what methods this panda uses, it surely won’t be an easy fix since Will was planning to marry and have children with McCoy until he suddenly caught a case of cold feet.

Another longtime Will & Grace couple is also headed for splitsville. Since she’s been so tied up with her new baseball team, Karen hasn’t had much time to assist Grace at the office. Then again, when has Karen ever had the time to help Grace at the office? Grace realizes that she has to fire Karen to set her free to rule her baseball team with an iron fist. Naturally, the separation of Grace and Karen will get the rumor mill spinning about a certain behind the scenes feud. Again, we’ll have to wait and see how it all goes down in the sitcom’s farewell season.
