2. What will Michaela do about Jared?

At the end of Manifest Season 2, Episode 7, Michaela learned that Jared had requested a number of her files. She knows she’s not up for a promotion. Jared is doing his own investigation into her.

It doesn’t look like Michaela wants to let Jared know she’s onto him just yet. She’s going to take time to find out just why Jared is doing his research. That’s got to lead to him working with those who are afraid of the 828 passengers.

But what will she do then? It’s clear that there’s no coming back for Michaela and Jared. There’s nothing he can do to get her back now.

1. What’s next for Ben?

The very end of the episode saw Ben receive the book that TJ had sent. There was hope that it would link to the Death Date and the callings, as a way to explain something. As he opened it to a page of what looked like him carrying Olive out of the fire, there was a bright light.

Ben is destined to do more. From the look of the promo, he and Olive will work together to find out more about the Death Date and save the passengers. I hope they continue to work together because Ben did try to go back for TJ. He doesn’t want his daughter to hurt. Olive and TJ were the ones that helped find the book, so it’s time for Ben to trust his daughter more.

But what does this all mean for Ben? Is he some sort of savior of all?
