4. Will Stan be onboard with Ruby?

Ruby admitted to Stan that she and her friends were back in the business of laundering money. He’s not happy about it, but they are in some serious financial troubles. They’re getting way too good and delaying bill payments but that can only get them so far.

Stan will do what he needs to do for his family. However, he also has a conscience. He’s not going to want to see anyone get hurt and he wants to follow the letter of the law. Of course, doing that could mean his daughter gets sick.

I have a feeling he’s going to be on board but not happy. He may just want to know as little as possible to make sure he can’t slip up and accidentally get Ruby in trouble.

3. Will Rio turn the criminals Beth is employing?

Beth handled the criminals well. After they tried to take all the money, she made it clear that she wasn’t having any of it and found a way to deal with them. That’s great, but is this really going to last?

I did wonder why the women didn’t use the money at the cash loan place, but I guess that would tie them and their money tester to things far too much. They need someone to keep things off the books, although it’s still risky if the criminals get caught.

It’s also tricky if Rio finds out what they’re doing. He’s going to want revenge, and he could turn to the people who are washing the money for the women.
