Manifest delivered a seasickness-inducing episode, but it was still entertaining and pushed the story forward. Here are our questions from Airplane Bottles.

Hands up if you felt a little seasick after watching Manifest Season 2, Episode 9. There was one moment I had to look away from the screen before my eyes did the loop with the scene. But it was still entertaining and pushed the overall story for many characters forward.

“Airplane Bottles” also left us with many questions. With only four episodes left, there’s a lot of ground still to cover. Will any of our current questions be left unanswered at the end of the season, making it clear that NBC needs to renew the series for a third season?

I don’t know about that. But here are my five top questions after watching Manifest Season 2, Episode 9.

5. Is Jared having second thoughts about the Xers?

It really seems like we can’t trust anyone anymore. Michaela’s union rep turns out to be an Xer. And just as we thought there was someone Michaela could turn to for help.

Jared stepped in to save Michaela’s life, though. After realizing who the rep really is (well, just knowing he’s an Xer), Jared made the decision to arrest Michaela. He isn’t really going to go through with this, is he? Is this just him having second thoughts about the Xers? Will he finally accept that he’s just been a jerk this whole time?

It’s going to be interesting to see where the Jared-Michaela storyline goes from here. Michaela can’t just walk out of jail but there’s nothing really to tie her to the fire except circumstantial evidence. So, what’s going to happen next?
