Boy or girl? Will & Grace finally reveals the sex of Will and Grace’s babies, while Jenny puts down boundaries and Jack pursues his Broadway dreams.

Believe it or not, there are only three more episodes left in Will & Grace’s farewell season. Three more episodes until we say goodbye to Will, Grace, Jack, and Karen forever — unless they happen to revive the show in another 10 years. But the latest episode started to connect the dots of the big finish, and we’re already hypothesizing how the series could wrap it all up this time.

In the original series finale, Will’s son and Grace’s daughter met in college and later married, which helped repair the fractured relationship of the feuding besties. However, (spoiler warning) Will’s having a girl and Grace is having a boy, which lends to the idea that Will could raise a Grace, and Grace could raise a Will. Interesting, right? No matter how it ends, we’ll still be laughing until the fab four’s final bow.

Let’s recap the latest episode of Will & Grace with the gang’s five sharpest burns.

1. “She’ll smell like a hotel bathroom her entire life!”

Will and Grace have Jack and Karen over for their “gender reveal” party, which consists of two black balloons filled with the gendered colors of either blue or pink. Even though Jack and Karen don’t really care and are trying to make a quick exit, Will and Grace don’t let it ruin the mood. Will waffles back and forth on whether he wants a girl or a boy, but Karen’s hasty pop reveals he’s having a girl. On the other hand, Grace succumbs to the anxiety of impending motherhood and doesn’t pop her balloon.

2. “I’m like an Amazon locker for your baby.”

In the excitement of finding out the sex of his baby, Will calls Jenny, who tells him she’s on a date and he doesn’t need to fill her in on every detail the second it drops. Not to mention, he has opinions on who she dates, which she reminds him isn’t entirely his business. But boundaries are a foreign concept to Will. When he finds out his doctor has come out, he takes up his offer on a date to spy on Jenny’s own lunch date. Obviously, she discovers his prying eyes and calls him out.

3. “I tried on a pair of short shorts and said, ‘These legs belong on a man’s shoulders.'”

Jenny confronts Will about spying on him and taking their relationship one step further than she’s comfortable with. She explains that as a surrogate, she’s gotten close to those she’s carried a baby for before, and she’s wound up hurt when the relationships don’t last. In an effort to avoid another ghosting situation, she wants to set boundaries with Will. But he’s insistent that she’s got him in her corner forever because of what they’re doing together. Honestly, Demi Lovato fits in so well with the Will & Grace cast, there’s no way Jenny couldn’t be an extended family member.

4. “You’re conflicted. It’s like the first time I hooked up with my stepdad.”

Meanwhile, Grace continues to stress over the decision to pop her balloon. She worries that she’ll be a terrible mother to a daughter, retreading old patterns set by her mother. She worries that she wouldn’t know how to raise a boy, and she worries and worries and worries. Ultimately, she clips the balloon off its weight and throws it off the terrace. Regretting her haste, she calls her doctor, but the nurse merely regales her in tales of incest. But in a miracle moment, the balloon returns to the terrace.

5. “Who in this castle of queers looks like they understood what that means?”

Once Jack and Karen free themselves from the sex reveal party, Jack accompanies Karen to her baseball team’s championship game, where she must deliver a stirring motivational speech to her team. Jack inspires her to recycle a pep talk she gave him when he was going out for a part in a DiGiorno pizza commercial. Coincidentally, Jack receives a call for a Broadway audition, and Karen chooses to support Jack rather than her team. Karen gives the winning team to Friday (because she never even cared anyway), Jack gets the part, and Grace, from underneath a blanket, finally reveals she’s having a boy.
