It’s not all that clear what the wild turn is, but it sounds like someone is going to be held at gunpoint. I expected this to be those scenes we’d been seeing in the 9-1-1 call center, but maybe it wasn’t the call center after all. Is it possible that someone’s abusive ex is going to put all diners at risk?

Meanwhile, Chimney and Hen will get a call to help a man whose nailgun goes off in his chest. It hits his heart, but it sounds like 9-1-1 is taking advice from the same people who did Prodigal Son. There’s a section of the heart that won’t stop immediately if hit, and it looks like that is the section this man hits with his nailgun.

However, when he codes, Chimney will need to do compressions. Will this lead to the man losing his life after all?

Then there’s a call that involves a pinned hand at a bowling alley and Athena responds to a call. In the midseason premiere, we saw a police officer shot. I don’t think it’s Athena, but I think this is the call that involves that scene.
