4. What will Regina do next?

Poor Regina and Rome. Eve had her baby and it looked like everything was going to go perfectly. While there was a touchy moment with Eve’s pre-eclampsia, the two pulled out and Regina and Rome had the chance to hold their son.

And then Eve changed her mind. She didn’t want to give her baby up for adoption. She just couldn’t leave her son.

It was heartbreaking for the couple that had looked forward to adopting this baby. They’d gone through months of waiting and hoping.

While both are devastated, Regina is angry. She blames Rome for this feeling of loss; and it is like losing a child through death. This baby she thought she would have is now one she’ll never see again.

Remember that Regina never wanted a baby. She and Rome had decided that and then Rome changed his mind. After helping PJ, Regina realized that she liked the idea of being a mom and loved how much Rome was enthusiastic about it, so she changed her mind. And now she’s facing a loss that she never thought possible. She’s going through a grief that she never thought she could experience.

What will she do next? Does this mean Regina could close off from Rome the more she blames him?
