Bob’s Burgers: 3 reasons why Josh is a better fit for Tina

Reason #1: Josh ask for and cares about Tina’s opinion

After looking at his appearances from Season 3, it’s time to talk about his role in Season 10 of Bob’s Burgers.

If you haven’t watched “Tappy Tappy Tappy Tap Tap Tap,” then there will be spoilers from this week’s episode.

The episode begins with Tina trying to figure out why Josh invited her to his tap recital. Josh meets her at the door and explains he wants her there to see how great his tap dancing is.

Tina feels a little bit conflicted due to her feelings to Jimmy Jr but things change when Josh falls during rehearsal. She decides to figure out who sabotaged Josh to try to make him less interested in her.

Tina finds out Douglas originally auditioned for Josh’s role and figures out he was the one who sabotaged Josh. Tina tackles Douglas once she gets into Josh’s dressing room and he explains he hates tap because of his step-dad. The episode ends with Tina figuring Josh accidentally sabotaged himself.

Sadly the episode ended with Josh and Tina agreeing not to be together. Regardless, Josh admitted he values Tina’s opinion above anyone else’s. Jimmy Jr’s never given Tina that type of respect and he likely won’t. While it might not be the right time for these two, it’s clear Josh and Tina still care about each other a lot. This might not be the best example, but Josh is still a much better choice than Jimmy Jr will ever be for Tina.
