Is Norman Reedus being replaced on AMC’s The Walking Dead?

Rumor has it, fan-favorite Norman Reedus is going to be replaced by Edward Furlong on AMC‘s long-running drama The Walking Dead. Is there any truth to these claims?

Did you catch wind of Edward Furlong replacing Norman Reedus on TWD? If so, rest assured that Reedus isn’t going anywhere! Well, he’s certainly not getting replaced by Edward Furlong, or anyone for that matter, but this doesn’t guarantee his safety.

The rumor first surfaced in a fan group on Facebook called “The Walking Dead Talk,” but it was only for laughs! The poster was likely teasing how much Furlong resembles Reedus. They do look similar, but the cast and crew would never do this to fans.

Is Norman Reedus staying put on The Walking Dead?

As far as replacements go, yes. But, again, this doesn’t mean his character Daryl is safe! Remember that anyone can die, we have a feeling he’ll make it out of season 10 alive, though. Season 11? Let’s keep our fingers crossed!

The actor is working on a few new projects, according to Express, but he isn’t planning on leaving the series anytime soon. Or, at least, not that we know about.

If you’re not part of the Facebook group “The Walking Dead Talk,” be sure to join! It’s a great group of fans keeping up with the latest about the series and actors, both new and former.

If it came down to it, would you rather Daryl Dixon be killed off or have Norman Reedus replaced? As much as it would hurt, I have to say I would rather Daryl receive an honorable dead. Let us know your thoughts!
