10. Jane Lynch

You are not alone if you forgot that Jane Lynch appeared in a cameo in Gilmore Girls, as even the most diehard fans of the series have forgotten. Lynch was in Gilmore Girls before she made a name for herself as Sue Sylvester on the American musical comedy-drama television series Glee.

Lynch appears in Gilmore Girls Season 1, Episode 10. Richard Gilmore has a heart attack during a Christmas party and is rushed to the hospital. He is hospitalized, and Lynch plays the nurse who cares for Richard in the hospital.

Lynch’s nurse character became cranky quickly with Emily Gilmore’s (Richard’s wife) foolish behavior. It was great to see a character stand up to the opinionated and pushy Emily for once. As usually, most of the characters are afraid to speak up to Emily. Lynch, well and truly earned her acting stripes on Gilmore Girls.

9. Victoria Justice

Before Victoria Justice became famous on Nickelodeon in children’s TV shows Victorious and Zoey 101, she was in Gilmore Girls Season 4, Episode 3. Gilmore Girls launched her acting career.

Justice played Jill #2, a young girl who attended Lorelai and Sookie’s Lord of the Rings themed party that they hosted in hopes of making extra money to assist with the opening of the Dragonfly Inn.

In her role as Jill #2, she disliked Sookie’s food and said it tasted like “diapers.” And Sookie did not take the negative feedback well.
