Kailyn Lowry tells all when revealing Chris Lopez made her take a paternity test

When Kailyn Lowry announced she was pregnant with her fourth child, MTV fans immediately had questions, especially when it came to the identity of the father.

A little while after her announcement, the Teen Mom 2 star confirmed to the world that Chris Lopez was once again her baby daddy. Unfortunately, the questions (and skepticism) about her pregnancy continued from there. And the fans weren’t alone in their doubts.

According to Us Weekly, the 28-year-old claims that Chris Lopez had his doubts in the beginning, requiring further confirmation that he was indeed the father of their second child together. Ouch.

I’m sure it goes without saying, but Kailyn Lowry was less than pleased with her two-time baby daddy’s alleged demand for a paternity test.

During a recent episode of Lowry’s podcast with Vee Rivera titled Baby Mamas No Drama, the mother-of-four recapped the experience, as well as her reluctancy to meet Chris’s demands for paternity proof.

Kailyn claimed there was no need to provide proof of paternity because she was certain her on-again, off-again boyfriend was the father, revealing, “I had to get a DNA test against my wishes.” Drama, drama, drama.

The reality star also opened up about getting the test done, admitting that the experience was nothing short of awful, especially since she’s known exactly who the fathers of all of her children are, and was not accustomed to be asked for a DNA test or having to take one.

Kailyn Lowry shares her oldest son with ex beau Jo Rivera, her second son with ex-husband Javi Marroquin, and now her youngest two sons with Chris Lopez. She went on to explain how the whole ordeal really humiliated her, adding, “I go into the DNA place and the nurse giving the test said ‘So, you don’t know who the dad is?’ She flat-out asked me.”

Of course, the answer was “yes,” and the paternity test proved that Chris Lopez, like Kailyn Lowry stood by since the beginning, was the father of her fourth child.

Putting the whole ordeal into perspective, Kailyn pointed out that her fame would make lying about this sort of thing pretty senseless, explaining, “I am in the public eye, why the f**k would I put myself in the position where I don’t know who the damn dad is?”

And looking back, everybody who had their doubts, including Chris Lopez, probably agrees with that point.
