What is wrong with Dr. Bishop on Transplant Season 1?

Did Dr. Bishop lose vision on Transplant Season 1, Episode 12?

Transplant Season 1, Episode 12 started with a woman brought into Emerg in the need of immediate care. She needed a surgery within one of the Emerg rooms, which Dr. Bishop led. However, things went wrong when Bash punctured the patient’s spleen by accident.

It’s an accident that shouldn’t happen, but this wasn’t Bash’s fault. While he probably wouldn’t say anything to throw Dr. Bishop under the bus, it’s clear that he saw a fault. It looked like Dr. Bishop couldn’t see anything for a few seconds, making him misread the scans.

Bash isn’t the only one who saw it, either. The question is whether anyone has the guts to talk to him about it.

Dr. Bishop has been covering up symptoms on Transplant Season 1

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Dr. Bishop struggle with his health on Transplant. Since having his brain surgery, Bishop has suffered from headaches and other problems. They’re side effects of the surgery, so initially, nothing to worry about. However, this loss of vision is a huge concern.

It’s led to a patient needing a surgery she shouldn’t need to have. It’s led to a mistake Bash can’t afford to make. Legal will look for any reason to fire Bash because he’s a huge liability. Dr. Bishop has been the one to protect him from the start.

So, what’s to come from all this? Expect an investigation into Bash’s mistake. Could this lead to problems for Dr. Bishop working in the hospital?
