What do you plan on watching this weekend on Netflix? Here are some great movies and shows not to miss!

Netflix continues to be the streaming service that offers the most variety, but that can also mean that it’s tough knowing what to stream. That’s where we come in!

At Hidden Remote, we love gathering a few movies and TV shows to recommend. We aren’t biased, either! These include many genres so that there is something on the list for everyone. As much as we love the movie selection at HBO Max and The Mandalorian on Disney Plus, you can always count on Netflix to provide more content.

This is one of the final weekends of 2020, so let’s see if the streaming king has been saving the best for last! Searching for something to watch while Christmas gift wrapping? Or perhaps you are ignoring all holiday things and prefer something else? Either way, the streaming titan has your back!

Below, we also recommend Netflix content that recently premiered, just in case you missed it.

New on Netflix this weekend

  • The  Ripper, Dec. 16
  • Unbreakable Christmas, Dec. 17
  • Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, Dec. 18
  • Home for Christmas season 2, Dec. 2
  • Sweet Home, Dec. 18
  • Paava Kadhaigal, Dec. 18

Okay, even I must admit that, for having the most variety, that’s not a lot of options. The Ripper premiered earlier this week, but it’s not the most worthy crime documentary if you ask me! It’s still a good watch, but I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite Netflix has produced.

Coming up during the week: Ariana Grande: Excuse Me, I Love You, Dec. 21, London Hughes: To Catch a D*ck, Dec. 22, The Midnight Sky, Dec. 23, and Bridgerton, Dec. 25.

Next. The Ripper on Netflix: Who is the serial killer and where is he now?. dark
