2021 is going to be a big year for Disney Plus shows

While 2020 was relatively quiet on Disney Plus, the streamer is picking up the pace. The shows that we had hoped would arrive during the year have been pushed to 2021. Thanks, pandemic!

This is going to be the year for Disney Plus. There are plenty of TV shows to get excited about. In fact, there are so many that it’s hard to even rank the most anticipated ones.

TV Time has helped with this. Data has been collected from the users of the app to see which shows they’re most excited about seeing. It’s all about the Marvel shows.

Here are the five most anticipated Disney Plus shows coming in 2021.

Marvel’s Hawkeye

We start with the TV show about one of the Marvel characters that was the most underused throughout the first MCU movie. The franchise redeemed itself toward the end utilizing him more.

The series continues in the world that has already been set up by the movies. That’s not surprising. Marvel’s worlds on both TV and movies have always interconnected.

Jeremy Renner is back as Clint Barton. He won’t be the sole focus. He’s training a new Hawkeye to take over from him. Hailee Steinfeld is going to be that new version, known as Kate Bishop by her friends.

There’s no planned release date just yet, except that it will be late 2021.
