During the previous episode, Grace found out a merger was coming. That’s the case on Nurses Season 1, Episode 4, and there’s a new CEO in town.

New CEOs in any TV show tends to mean a lot of changes. Everyone has their own way of doing things. They think they can do it better than the last person, so expect a lot of that happening in the upcoming episode.

Nobody wants the new CEO coming in. There’s a chance a lot of people will want to avoid the changes that come in, not believing they’re good for the hospital.

Grace plays mediator on Nurses Season 1, Episode 4

This new episode will see Grace play mediator. A patient’s partner and son will have different opinions about how to care for the patient. It sounds like the two opinions are vastly different, and they’re not going to find a common ground.

It’s up to Grace to help them figure it out. She’ll have to do it without her own opinions thrown in there. All Grace can offer is the best treatment for her patient.

There’s not much about the other nurses in the hospital, but there’s a chance they’ll be involved in their own storylines. Expect some problems with the new CEO and possibly helping Grace figure out a way to mediate.
