5 biggest questions after the Charmed Season 3 premiere

The Charmed Season 3 premiere certainly left us with plenty of questions. Here are the five biggest as we get into the season.

The episode picked up off the back of the abrupt Season 2 finale. That’s not surprising considering that finale was not the intended one. The episodes coming now were going to be the ones used for the ending to the season, potentially wrapping up the Faction storyline.

So, while we may see the Faction storyline coming to an end soon, it’s not clear how that is going to happen. Will all magic disappear or will the Vera-Vaughn sisters be able to stop it from happening?

That’s a big question for the next few episodes but not just off the back of the Charmed Season 3 premiere. Here are the ones we have after the way the premiere ended.

Who is Abigail’s sister mentioned on the Charmed Season 3 premiere?

We know Abigail has a large family. Not all of her siblings are full siblings, and there seems to be a lot of competition between them.

However, at the end of the premiere, Abigail told Jordan that she wants help to find her sister. Why would she want that and what does she want from said sister?

During the episode, Jordan pointed out that Abigail isn’t as evil as she claims to be. She wouldn’t be as hurt by the actions of her former followers if she was evil. So, is the sister going to help her become a full demon or does Abigail want to follow goodness for once?

How many times will Jordan need to save descendants?

Jordan needs to find and save descendants of those his family killed. We thought it was just one: a life for a life. Now it turns out that it’s probably more.

The good news is he has a new start on the clock. We just don’t know how long this will go on for. Please don’t be too long. This storyline continues the idea that we have to pay for our ancestor’s mistakes, which means nobody can ever really move forward. Let’s work with a person’s heart and desires.

Will Julian really help the Charmed Ones?

Speaking of desires, Jimmy told us what Julian really wants—why he’s fighting the Charmed Ones. It’s all to do with his sister. Julian thinks that magic can save her, but Macy has proven that’s not the case. With that knowledge (and that his aunt lied to him), Julian has joined the Charmed Ones.

How long will that last? One thing we all know is that turning your back on family is hard. Chances are Julian is going to decide to rejoin his aunt at some point in the season.

What is Jimmy going to do now with a new start in life?

There’s another man not getting the ending expected. Jimmy took a potion to get a new life, where he makes people see him for who he wants to be. In this case, a good man.

It looks like Jimmy is out of the Charmed Ones’ hair. He’s in England and happy the potion worked. But how long is he there for? He’s got to come back at some point right, but will it be to help the Vera-Vaughn sisters?

Will the Charmed Ones find a balance?

Finally, can the Charmed Ones ever find a balance? Mel fears that they can’t, that all their lives are will involve being witches.

There has to be some sort of balance out there. At some point in the season, Mel will return to teaching, so there is a chance that will happen. It’s just going to take some time and effort. But will it actually be because the Faction has won?
