There’s a car accident that everyone needs to head out to. Multiple injuries mean that it’s all hands on deck. Nic and Conrad will work together to save one of the victims, but this victim is very secretive about their past. What are they hiding and why? They need to open up for Nic and Conrad to do their jobs.
While at the crash scene, Cain tries to play the hero. It ends up with him being struck by a car and needing the help of the doctors and nurses to save his life.
The doctors will need to remember their “do no harm” part of their oath. It’s not easy when none of them like Cain considering his money-hungry, selfish ways. They’ll all need to put their own personal opinions about Cain to one side.

Mina and Nic have a few secrets they’re hiding. We know Nic’s, and it’s understandable why she’s not telling anyone yet. However, Mina may feel a little hurt that Nic didn’t say anything to her.
Right now, though, Mina has her own issues to deal with. There’s a problem that could see her out of the country, and she’s going to have to act fast.
Then there’s Bell, who thinks he can find a way to boost things for Chastain. How about bringing his camera crew in to see the hard work everyone is doing? What could possibly go wrong?

Conrad and Nic team up to help one of the crash victims, whose secretive past makes it difficult to identify a diagnosis. Meanwhile, Bell brings his TV crew to the hospital in hopes of garnering positive attention for Chastain, and Mina opens up to Nic, only to find out that Nic is holding on to a secret of her own."
