The hospital needs a new CEO, but that probably isn’t the favor Bell needs from his stepson. In previous episodes, Kit has made it clear that the best way to keep the hospital afloat is to bring in the medicine that pays. It’s all about the three Cs, and the third was cosmetic.
Bell’s stepson is a plastic surgeon, but is he willing to help? That’s what we’ll find out during The Resident Season 4, Episode 6.

Meanwhile, Nic is recovering from the attack in the previous episode. This isn’t just going to be physical, either. Fortunately, she has her old friend, Billie, to keep her company while Conrad works.
