A familiar face is returning to Superstore Season 6, and he’s bringing a fair share of chaos in his wake. Mateo’s ex-boyfriend Jeff (Michael Bunin) stops by Cloud 9 to push customer satisfaction surveys on the store, but Mateo can’t even begin to think about those surveys when he’s confronted with an ex in front of his recently leveled-up romance with Eric.

While Mateo calls on Garrett to help hide his relationship from Jeff, a certain misguided trio concocts a plan for the store to ace the customer satisfaction surveys. Dina, Glenn, and Cheyenne (always a reliably messy mixture) scheme to boost the scores from the survey, which only serves to create further problems for them and the store.

Meanwhile, Jonah tries to look on the bright side of the customer satisfaction surveys and help the staff value themselves outside of the need for validation. Clearly, some people didn’t get glowing reviews from the customers, prompting Jonah to step in and help Sandra to feel better about herself and her job performance. Something tells us Jonah got some criticism, too.

Now, “Customer Satisfaction” marks the beginning of the end for Superstore, as the following episode leads into the March 25 one-hour series finale. We’re upon the final four episodes of the series, which means it’s time to start preparing to say goodbye to Cloud 9.
