The two-hour special of Manifest Season 3 put the focus on Jace searching for Cal. Would he, Pete, and Kory survive their Death Dates? Did someone else die?

Caution: There are spoilers from Manifest Season 3, Episode 6 in this post.

It was certainly one intense night for Manifest. We got two episodes back-to-back, wrapping up the story that started back in Season 2. The three guys who had tried to kill Cal in the first place, died, and time-traveled faced their Death Dates during Season 3, Episode 6.

Jace figured out where Cal and Grace were hiding due to Tarik using them for advertising for his new business. It led to a showdown, but would Jace choose to accept he was supposed to allow Cal to live?

Did Jace survive his Death Date on Manifest?

Olive found out that the callings weren’t just about saving people. They were about a last choice. In the case for Jace, Pete, and Kory, it was about choosing not to kill Cal to save their souls.

Pete and Kory decided to protect Cal, while Jace chose to kill him. Jace believed that if Cal died, then he couldn’t die. He was sure that Cal was the reason for the Flight 828 passengers coming back and for them coming back.

Before he could get to Cal, Jace got to Tarik and stabbed him in the back. Tarik managed to hold on just long enough to die in Grace’s arms. Just as they were reconnecting, they were torn apart by this tragedy, and it led to Grace almost killing Jace. In the end, Ben encouraged her not to kill him.

Jace had failed his test and drowned on the spot. Pete and Kory survived the drowning, but they wouldn’t survive the episode.

Olive made another discovery. The three of them died together. All three are going to be judged together, and that’s when the black smoke rose from Jace and killed both Pete and Kory.

It’s not looking good for the Flight 828 passengers. They will all be judged together. Considering some are dead and Saanvi no longer has the callings, is it possible that they can all survive their Death Dates?
