As you’d expect, the Supernatural: The Complete Series box set contains all 15 seasons of the show with its 327 episodes of the series space out across 85 DVDs or 57 Blu-ray discs, depending on the platform you choose to purchase, as well as a bonus disc containing all of your final season special features.

What’s great about the packaging of the Supernatural box set is that’s it’s incredibly compact making it easy to store alongside your other DVDs and Blu-rays. With the Blu-ray collection, the set’s 57 discs are stored within a total of seven Blu-ray cases broken down as follows:

  • Case 1: Supernatural seasons 1-2, Eight Discs
  • Case 2: Supernatural seasons 3-4, Seven Discs
  • Case 3: Supernatural seasons 5-6, Eight Discs
  • Case 4: Supernatural seasons 7-8, Eight Discs
  • Case 5: Supernatural seasons 9-10, Eight Discs
  • Case 6: Supernatural seasons 11-12, Eight Discs

In addition to every episode of the series, the collection also contains hours of bonus features from all 15 of the show’s seasons giving you plenty of content to enjoy after you’ve finished rewatching the series. In fact, the collection even has one complete disc which comes in its own separate package which houses the collection’s many special bonus features for the final season.

Beyond the DVDs or Blu-rays, again depending on which box set you chose to purchase, the Supernatural: The Complete Series collection also comes with a 68-page collectible book that serves as a guide to complete series with your standard episodic breakdown for the various seasons as well as photos taken over the years of the cast and creative team, photos of set designs, insights on the backstory of Baby and personal letters written by Eric Kripke and Robert Singer addressed to the Supernatural Family.

The letters are an incredibly touching tribute to the fans who went along the journey with Sam and Dean over the years and supported the series throughout the years. While I won’t spoil their context, I’ll just say they’re the perfect personal touch to the collection and a great way of celebrating the SPN Family.

In terms of what to expect from the box set’s appearance, the seven Blu-ray cases and collectible book are all housed within a collector box which fittingly pays tribute to the show’s legacy.

On the front of the collector box is an image of Sam and Dean driving Baby down a dirt road into the sunset accompanied by the phrase, “Good Times. Bad Times. End Times.” Meanwhile, the back of the collector box features an image of Sam and Dean standing side-by-side with Baby behind them.

It’s a simple design, but one that perfectly honors the Winchesters and allows fans to select which design they’d prefer to display when showing off their collection.
