Good Girls Season 5: What’s next for Annie?

Annie ended up behind bars at the end of Good Girls Season 4. What could possibly have happened to her next on Good Girls Season 5 if it happened?

We won’t actually get to see what’s next for Annie. Sadly, Good Girls Season 5 isn’t happening. The reasons for that don’t really matter at this point. We just know that Annie is forever going to be stuck behind bars for something she didn’t actually do.

These facts don’t stop us from speculating about what could have been next. Where could the story have gone?

What was next for Annie on Good Girls Season 5?

The series finale left her stuck behind bars. Nick got her arrested. Well, we’re left to assume that’s what happened.

Remember there was a conversation episodes earlier between Annie and Mick. Annie asked for a favor and we never really knew what that favor was, but there was a weight to it. Is it possible that all of this is linked together?

It is possible. However, we just know there’s no way that Beth and Ruby would let Annie rot behind bars for something she didn’t do. Beth would be able to say that her sister didn’t try to kill her, wouldn’t she?

With Annie out, what would happen next? Would Kevin have stuck around for her? It’s possible considering the relationship they had. Annie had grown so much over the course of Good Girls Season 4, especially with Kevin in her life. As unconventional and messy as they were, they were a couple I was rooting for in the end.

I’d love to see Annie manage to get to Nevada with Ben and Kevin. Annie deserves all the happiness in the world.
