American Horror Story: Double Feature episode 5 spoilers: Doris is pushed past her limits

American Horror Story: Double Feature episode 4 left audiences with many questions! Needless to say, we can’t wait to see what will happen next. Let’s speculate!
Please note there are spoilers ahead if you missed AHS: Double Feature episode 4, “Blood Buffet,” or are not caught up this season.
Episode 4 took audiences back to when it all began. Fans got to see “the chemist” arrive to town ready to test the pills on the residents. We see Belle and Austin before they became wealthy and successful. Who we didn’t see is the Gardner family.
Where are Harry, Alma, and Doris? Since the episode took us back in time, we didn’t see them, but they’ll be back front and center next week!
What happens in American Horror Story: Double Feature episode 5?
Episode 5 is titled, “Gaslight,” which immediately makes us think of Doris. She’s too kind for her own good, and way too trusting. According to the synopsis, we’ll see “Doris pushed past her limits,” which, if you ask me, is about time!
However, I’m afraid this could mean bad news for Doris. Alma has been a villain long before she took the pill — sorry, but it had to be said! I fear for Doris and her baby.
The teaser trailer shows that Alma is trying to get her mother Doris to take the pill, but will she? And, if she does, will Doris prove to have talent or simply turn into a bloodsucker? My guess is the latter. And I’m sure Alma knows this! Alma has told her dad before that their mom is useless and they should leave her behind. I wouldn’t doubt it if Alma was doing this on purpose just to get rid of her mom.
When can you watch American Horror Story: Double Feature episode 5?
Lucky for fans, FX isn’t skipping an episode just yet! We only need to wait a week to watch episode 5 as it’ll premiere on Sept. 15. And remember, you don’t need a cable connection to watch, just a platform that includes FX in their plan, such as Sling TV or fuboTV.
