Are Spencer and Olivia still together in the All American season 4 premiere?

The relationship between Spencer and Olivia finally progressed into a romance last season on All American. It’d been a long time coming for fans who fell in love with their friendship that likely would have headed into a romance had there not been a misunderstanding about Spencer’s paternity in season 1.

It took seasons for the pair to finally be on the same page romantically but considering how season 3 ended, they could have once again been derailed in the All American season 4 premiere, “Survival of the Fittest.”

To recap, Spelivia went public with their relationship and their friends and family were happy for them. Then the shoe dropped when Spencer confessed to Billy that he had helped Jordan get ready to play football against the doctor’s orders.

Any good will Billy would have had toward Spencer’s relationship with Olivia immediately went down the tubes, and he was not okay with the two of them being a couple because he no longer trusts Spencer.

Then Coop was shot.

Spoilers ahead of the All American season 4 premiere

So far, Spelivia are united as a couple. In “Survival of the Fittest,” Olivia was there for Spencer while he awaited news about Coop’s health with the rest of his best friend’s loved ones. Her support didn’t waver in the face of the possibility of Coop’s death or when they were told that she’d fallen into a coma.

Olivia was also there for Spencer as he wrestled with whether or not to accept his position at Toledo State. She, like the rest of his loved ones, didn’t agree with him that he should be putting his dreams on indefinite hold because of what happened to Coop.

Together they all encouraged Spencer to go to college like he’d planned and, in the end, he did eventually sign his contract after Coop woke up from her coma.
