For Thanksgiving week, one of the biggest releases of the year arrives in House of Gucci. Will the film be available in theaters, streaming, or both?

Based on the 2001 book, The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, and Greed, this crime drama spans over three decades as it examines the Italian family that became a giant in the world of fashion. Directed by Ridley Scott, House of Gucci will follow the events before, during, and after the murder of Maurizio Gucci.

In her first role A Star Is Born, Lady Gaga plays Patrizia Reggiani, who rose to power within the family due to her marriage to Maurizio. She also hired the hitman to kill her ex-husband. Playing Maurizio is Adam Driver. Jared Leto, Jeremy Irons, Salma Hayek, and Al Pacino round out the cast.

As one of the most buzzed about movies of the year, many people will want to see the rise and fall of the Gucci family. How can fans watch this drama?

In order to see House of Gucci, people must see it on the big screen to start as the film will have a theatrical release starting on November 24. Tickets are available now so check a site like Fandango or Movie Tickets to view showtimes and seating arrangements.

In terms of watching the film at home, fans will have to wait until the theatrical window has concluded before it’s available on VOD. That could be anywhere from 45 to 90 days, depending on the deal they signed. Then, the drama will go to EPIX for an exclusive pay television run.

Then, House of Gucci will finally head to a streaming service, Paramount+. The date it will arrive on Paramount+ will be determined at a later date.
