Hawkeye is our favorite Christmas show this year (I said what I said), but sadly, the finale approaches. When is the last episode of Hawkeye season 1 coming out on Disney+?

Spoilers ahead!

Marvel fans have been waiting for the series to premiere since it was first announced, and the delays due to the pandemic didn’t help. When it finally arrived, it exceeded our expectations. Hailee Steinfeld is amazing as Kate Bishop, and we love all of the surprises in Yelena (Florence Pugh) and the Kingpin. While we haven’t seen exactly who is portraying Kingpin, we’re pretty sure it’s Vincent D’Onofrio (fingers crossed), who portrayed the character wonderfully in the Daredevil series.

Hawkeye is also surprisingly very emotional, while also, dare I say, jolly? It’s a Marvel action, comedy, holiday series! And the best Christmas present. Well, that may go to Spider-Man: No Way Homebut you know what I mean! Unfortunately, however, the show is soon coming to an end.

When is the last episode of Hawkeye coming out?

Hawkeye premiered on Nov. 24, releasing two episodes. One episode has followed each Wednesday after. Unlike most shows that consist of 8 or 10 episodes, this MCU series is only six. That’s right, only six amazing episodes of Hawkeye, it’s really not fair!

That said, there’s only one more episode to go, episode 6. The season 1 finale will premiere on Wednesday, Dec. 22, at 12:01 a.m. PT and 3:01 a.m. ET, only on Disney+. What time will the episode be streaming where you live? Do you stay up to watch new episodes as soon as they are available or catch them later in the day?

The question fans now have is, will Hawkeye be renewed for a second season? It’s unlikely. The show is billed as a “limited series” so there weren’t plans for a second season when it was being created. Hey, never say never though! I know of several shows that were also limited and received a second season order — 13 Reasons Why, The White Lotus…just to name a couple. As soon as we learn more, we’ll update you!
