The month of January didn’t bring too many movies our way, but that’s about to change here soon. If you are a fan of mystery-thrillers, you are in for a treat! Death on the Nile is about to be the latest mystery in theaters, and it helps that it has a stellar cast.

Even though you have not watched the movie yet, you may have heard the title before. This is because the movie was supposed to already be in theaters long ago. The movie was delayed more than once. First, due to pandemic concerns, and later, due to the allegations against Armie Hammer (who stars in the movie). Finally, the movie’s release is only days away.

What is Death on the Nile about?

Death on the Nile is based on the 1937 novel of the same name by Agatha Christie, it’s a follow-up to Murder on the Orient Express. The story will follow a murder-mystery after a passenger is found dead aboard the S.S. Karnak. It’s up to detective Hercule Poirot to solve this case before the killer strikes again.
