Euphoria season 2 episode 5 soundtrack: What songs play in this episode?

The latest episode of Euphoria focused more on delivering an emotional gut-punch and featuring a much-needed confrontation than giving us another hit-soundtrack. That said, this week’s soundtrack list is short, the one with the least songs so far this season. Still, we’re always looking for new songs to add to our playlist! “Stand Still Like the Hummingbird” is, in my opinion, the most emotional episode yet. We see Rue like we’ve never seen her before and are reminded just how real and serious her drug addiction is. Rue’s character has been doing funny segments for audiences and joking around this season, thinking she’s so clever. To be honest, as someone who cares so much about this character, it was getting a little frustrating. Well, season 2 episode 5 jerks Rue back to reality. The first 15 minutes had me staring at the screen with shock at the reminder that this is something people truly struggle with as well as feelings of concern for Rue.
I don’t know how Rue is going to be getting out of this one. Not to mention, Rue revealed to Maddy that Cassie and Nate are hooking up, a moment we have all been waiting for. So there’s a lot of mess and drama that will continue to unfold next week. While we wait, let’s see which new songs we want to add to our playlist.
